HR Manager

Zarlay is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage our HR and operations

Location: Kahna Kacha Main Road, Near GO Petrol Pump, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process.
• Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance evaluations.
• Maintain proper personnel files and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management and department heads regarding staffing and HR matters.
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in a fashion, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce company will be preferred.
