Sr. HR Manager – Job Description

Position: Sr. HR Manager
Location: Vasuli Phata, Chakan

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee engagement.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development activities.
• Support training, skill development and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records and other HR reports.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes at the plant.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination and people-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
