HR Manager

HR manager for plant (EXP NEEDED MIN 5 TO 7 YEARS)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce deployment.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs.
• Maintain strong employee relations and improve workforce engagement.
• Coordinate with plant management and department heads on manpower requirements.
• Monitor HR MIS, employee records, and monthly HR reports.
• Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.
• Drive employee welfare, safety awareness, and workplace discipline.

SALARY : 55k - 60k
