HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience across generalist functions.
• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Manager, or HRBP capacity.
• Experience working within a regional or offshore reporting structure is highly desirable.
• Experience in BPO, corporate, or professional services environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification is desirable

• Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
• Solid understanding of local labour legislation and HR compliance, with the ability to align to global frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels.
• Experience managing employee relations matters, including performance and conduct issues.
• Analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data and providing insights.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
