HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate staff administration and employment documentation.
• Act as the liaison between staff, school management, and ROM regarding staffing matters and operational updates.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support staff attendance, leave management, and contract renewals.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and employment regulations.
• Support HR initiatives, staff engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
• Respond promptly to staff inquiries and provide administrative support when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or staff coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
