HR Manager

We are looking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Human Resources function, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent across our restaurant operations. The HR Manager will report directly to senior leadership and will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies that align with our corporate objectives and enhance employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job profiling, advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management conversations in line with company policies and Philippine labour laws
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance incentives, and employee benefit schemes
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate staff development programs, including leadership training and skills development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Philippine labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including documentation and record-keeping requirements
• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee database administration
• Foster employee engagement through the development and execution of engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications
• Provide HR advisory support to management on personnel matters, workplace relations, and organizational development
• Monitor workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist HR manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

• Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits administration

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage

• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, PHR, or equivalent) is advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality

• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
