HR Manager

• Company Overview:

We are a leading business specializing in turnkey projects for ash handling and coal handling. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, efficient solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HR General Manager to join our head office team.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Salary Preparation:

• Oversee the preparation and disbursement of employee salaries.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

2. HR Policy Development:

• Frame and improve existing HR policies.

• Implement and update policies to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and comply with legal standards.

3. ESOP Implementation:

• Develop and implement Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP).

• Ensure proper communication and management of ESOP-related activities.

4. Recruitment:

• Manage recruitment processes through online platforms and headhunters.

• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

5. HR Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.

• Liaise with PF and other government authorities to maintain compliance.

6. Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.

7. Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.

• Promote professional development and training opportunities for team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background:

• Professionally qualified with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be advantageous.

• Experience:

• Around 10 years of experience in HR management.
