HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused, and strategic HR Manager to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR administration .
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes .
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies .
• Support workforce planning, learning and development, and talent management .
• Partner with management on organizational development and strategic HR initiatives .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience .
• Experience in the real estate brokerage industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Strategic Human Resource Management and modern HR practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, people-management, and problem-solving skills .
• Strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
