HR Manager

About the role

OUS Group is seeking an HR Manager who thrives in Recruitment and is ready to build strong talent pipelines for our dynamic operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape OUS Group's talent pipeline, strengthen recruitment strategies, and gain exposure to broader HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end to end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfer, and onboarding.
• Handle disciplinary management, Industrial Relations (IR), and Employee Relations (ER) matters.
• Partner with management to ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and company policies.
• Support HR initiatives such as training and talent development.
• Provide advisory support to management on HR strategies and employee engagement.

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IR/ER practices and HR compliance is an added advantage.
• Experience in training and talent development will be valued.
