HR ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and people-focused HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage employee relations, oversee recruitment and onboarding, monitor employee performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead, support, and motivate employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Set up and monitor employee performance appraisal and review processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Conflict Management
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, incentives, and other employee-related activities.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular HR meetings and provide management with HR reports and updates.
• Handle employee exits, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement processes.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
