HR Manager – Generalist

Location: Koramangala, 5th Block, Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a growing co-working space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention.

* Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Manage performance management, employee relations and grievance handling.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

* Partner with management on workforce planning and people-related initiatives.

* Lead and support the HR team and day-to-day people operations.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in generalist HR, preferably in co-working, hospitality, facilities, real estate or a service-driven environment.

* Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and labour compliance.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
