HR MANAGER

About the role

This role includes recruitment and on-boarding, organizational development, employee and labor relations, training and development, strategic planning, formulation of policies and procedures, and ensures compliance to applicable company policies and labor laws. Directs the functional activities of the Project HR and Admin Coordinators and Staff on site which includes general administration works, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits management and employee and labor relations. Ensure efficient office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and company culture.
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, proactively staying updated on changes and adapting HR practices accordingly.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Refrigeration & Construction industry.
• Design and conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and promote professional development.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
• Partner with the management team to provide HR guidance and support on strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and employee engagement strategies.
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role in the Refrigeration & Construction industry or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
