Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and drive the complete HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance, Succession Planning, Reward & Recognition and Employee Engagement.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations as well as the ability to partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
• Drive Talent Management, talent reviews, high-potential identification, career development and retention initiatives.
• Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS), including KRA/KPI setting, reviews, appraisals and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs, Training Needs Analysis and annual training calendars.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits, salary structures, benchmarking, increments, incentives and benefits.
• Ensure HR & Labour Law Compliance, statutory requirements, audits and HR documentation.
• Drive Succession Planning for critical positions and leadership roles.
• Design and implement Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs, including spot awards, performance awards and employee recognition initiatives.
• Drive Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards and HR analytics for management.
• Partner with business heads and senior management on workforce planning, organizational development and people-related initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent.
• 812 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, EPC, power, steel or B2B organization.
• Strong hands-on experience across Recruitment, Talent Management, PMS, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Succession Planning and Reward & Recognition.
• Experience in managing HR independently and working closely with senior management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and applicable labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
