Leading Jewelry Manufacturing & Export Company

We are a well-established jewelry manufacturing and export company with over 20 years of experience serving international markets. With more than 100 employees, we are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager who is passionate about human resources and ready to grow together with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee welfare.
• Maintain positive employee relations and foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.
• Coordinate effectively with management and overseas clients in English.
• Ensure company policies, regulations, and labor practices comply with Thai labor laws and related regulations.
• Develop and improve modern HR systems and processes to support the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with operational staff and understand employee needs.
• Leadership skills, teamwork mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, export, or jewelry business will be an advantage.

What We Offer

• Salary range: THB 50,000 – 75,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
