• Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Exposure to hiring for engineering/manufacturing organization
• Sound Knowledge of Labour laws/ Factory act & statutory compliance
• Understanding of shop-floor safety & HR practices
• Employee engagement & motivation
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram & other online sourcing tools
• Conflict resolution & handling employee grievances
• High level of initiative, ownership & result orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles

2. Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, references & networks

3. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

4. Build strong talent pipeline for critical positions

5. Ensure timely hiring for open positions

6. Manage interviews, selection, and offer process

7. Ensure smooth onboarding & joining experience

8. Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

9. Conduct employee engagement & motivational initiatives

10. Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance

11. Handling routine HR tasks & ISO documentation
