What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring the business attracts and retains the right talent
• Manage employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary issues, grievances, and labour-related matters in compliance with employment laws
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary processing while supporting HR operational matters
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency
• Partner closely with management to support manpower planning, performance management, and overall people development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Min. 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support business and employee communication needs
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
