HR Manager

About the role

Savory Fastfood Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategy across the organisation. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance. This position is essential to supporting our business growth and ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent who embody our company values.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes that align with company objectives and legal requirements

• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, performance issues and workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner

• Conducting performance management activities, including appraisals, goal-setting and development planning for employees

• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies across all HR operations

• Managing HR records, databases and documentation in accordance with data protection standards

• Collaborating with senior management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources management role, preferably within the hospitality, food service or retail industry
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution and employee relations management
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of performance management systems and employee development best practices
• Experience in implementing HR projects and process improvements
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
