What they need
- Expert Human Resources skills in Semiconductor field and high competent on human resources strategy or specific HR Function plans
- Organize career development programs for potentials and future leaders
- Drive a culture of quality excellence, commitment, innovation, and ownership, promote self-improvement of employees
- Have experience in recruitment, employee relation function or compensation & benefits will be a plus
- Close cooperation with line supervisor/managers
Requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, HRD/HRM , Psychology or relevant field.
- Hands-on experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or employee relations > 15 years
- Knowledge of modern educational techniques , recruitment, labor law
- Excellent English communication
