HR MANAGER

1. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling functions of Human Resource Department.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation  and preservation of human capital.
3. Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
4. Liaise with immigration department, immigration agents, labour department and other government ministries as necessary on foreign-staff related matters.
5. Determine training effectiveness; and recommend necessary enhancements
6. Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
7. Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Job Requirement:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Human Resoursce or its equivalent
2. Preferably candidate with more than 5 years experience.
3. Possess strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills
4. Resourceful and result oriented with strong analytical skills with a high degree of integrity and commitment
