Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects/locations, ensuring effective manpower management, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and manpower requirements across projects/sites.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, transfers, deployment and exits.
• Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, leave and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and Minimum Wages.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Implement HR policies and processes across projects.
• Prepare and monitor HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, payroll and compliance.
• Conduct HR compliance checks and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with project teams and management for manpower planning and HR requirements.
• Travel to project/site locations as required.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in project-based, facility management, infrastructure, manpower-intensive or multi-location operations.

• Recruitment and manpower planning.
• Payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
• Good MS Excel and HR MIS skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/locations.
