Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage performance appraisals, KRAs/KPIs, and employee development.
• Plan and coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition, and recruitment reports.
• Lead the HR team and coordinate with all departments.
• Manage resignations, exit formalities, and Full Final settlements.
• Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Management.
• Any Graduate qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in performance management, KRAs/KPIs, and HR MIS.
• Ability to manage the HR team and coordinate with different departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work from Nagpur.
