About the role

Act as a strategic business partner to management in leading strategic human resource management. Ensure organizational structure, talent, competencies, performance management, work culture, and HR policies align with company strategy and business needs. Drive HR management that has direct impact on business profitability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to management in leading strategic HR management
• Ensure organizational structure, talent, competencies, performance management, work culture, and HR policies align with strategy and business needs
• Drive HR management with direct impact on profitability and business sustainability
• Serve as strategic advisor to management levels beyond operational administrative scope

About you

• Business acumen and deep understanding of revenue, profit, and business productivity
• Strategic thinking capability to connect business strategy, organization, and human resources
• Expertise in Organization Development, Performance Management System, and Talent & Succession Management
• Strong communication, leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Minimum S1 education in relevant fields such as Psychology, Law, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, or 3–5 years in managerial/strategic HR positions
