HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and grievances
• Plan and execute team engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Manage payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
• Maintain HR records and generate workforce analytics reports
• Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to build and retain a high-performing team

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT/tech
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HR tools (HRMS, ATS, payroll software)
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing startup environment

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
