Job Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
• Build and execute recruitment plans to support the expansion of the Malaysia team.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.
• Handle employee relations matters and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate payroll administration with Finance and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, currently holding a Managerial position.
• Strong experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
• Experience establishing HR processes or supporting business expansion is an advantage.
• Candidates from heavy equipment, crane, engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, industrial services, or related industries are highly encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
