- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
- Lead recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, claims, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
- Support manpower planning, organisational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse HR-related data to support management decision-making.
