Job Summary

The Carnival Restaurant is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage HR functions and support effective people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll,HR operations and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in using PayPeople Software will be a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field preferred.

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s interview performance and ranking.
