HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage employee coordination and support the day-to-day operations of our UAE-focused recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee coordination, attendance, performance, and internal communication
• Coordinate employee visa, documentation, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate ticketing and employee mobilization requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle client follow-ups and support sales closing and business conversion
• Resolve employee and operational issues professionally
• Prepare regular HR and operational reports for management
• Support management in improving HR processes and team performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Good client-handling and sales coordination skills
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsible, and result-oriented approach

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
