HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day human resource operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication between management and employees to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

2.Onboarding & Induction3.Attendance & Leave Management4.Payroll Support5.Statutory & Legal Compliance6.Employee Engagement & Welfare7.Exit Management8.Documentation & Record Keeping9.Factory administrative work, including maintenance and handling of Security Guards, housekeeping, and the guest house, etc.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR

5-10 years of experience in HR operations

Experience in manufacturing / factory preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills• MS Excel proficiency• Knowledge of labour laws• Organizational skills• Confidentiality & integrity
