About the role
A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees an organization's personnel department, bridging the gap between company leadership and employees to maintain a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire onboarding
- Act as a mediator to resolve staff conflicts, handle grievances, and support a positive company culture
- Ensure all workplace policies and company operations follow local, state, and federal labor laws
- Administer payroll support, health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs
- Manage performance appraisal systems, coordinate professional training, and plan team development
About you
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field
- Typically 3 to 5+ years of generalist or specialized HR experience
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and analytical skills
