About the role
An experienced HR & Administration Manager position for a private real estate development project in Phuket, based in Chalong with construction sites in Kata/Karon.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment of construction and office personnel
- Employment contracts and HR documentation
- Onboarding, attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Compliance with Thai labour law and Social Security requirements
- Development and management of HR procedures
About you
- Thai nationality
- Good spoken and written English
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Thai labour law
- Construction or real estate experience is strongly preferred
- Based in Phuket or ready to relocate
- Available to start within one month
