HIRING: HR MANAGER

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000/month

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ipoh, Perak.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and staff welfare.
• Manage HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Ensure company HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Handle disciplinary matters, attendance, leave and employee grievances.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and employment practices.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support payroll and other HR administrative matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures where required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant experience in HR management / HR operations.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in handling Malaysian employment laws / Acts.
• Familiar with HR compliance, employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential HR matters.
• Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.

• Confident in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
