HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage payroll coordination and employee-related queries.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and exit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and support training and development.
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and staffing requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
