HR Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve work culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and providing solutions to improve employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate performance management and improvement systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to reflect changes in legislation.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration.
• Oversee HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
