HR Manager

• Recruitment & Hiring: Hiring staff for departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Security, and Administration.
• Employee Training: Organizing induction, hospitality training, customer-servicetraining, and skill-development programs.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitoring employee attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, and staffing requirements.
• Payroll & Benefits: Coordinating salaries, incentives, bonuses, statutory benefits, and other employee-related matters.
• Employee Relations: Handling employee concerns, complaints, conflicts,disciplinary issues, and maintaining good workplace relationships.
• Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals and helpingdepartment heads improve employee performance.
• Hotel Policies: Developing and implementing HR policies related to conduct, attendance, grooming, safety, and workplace behavior.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensuring the hotel follows applicable employmentand labour regulations.
• Staff Retention: Reducing employee turnover through motivation, careerdevelopment, recognition, and employee welfare programs.
• Manpower Planning: Forecasting staffing needs, particularly during peakseasons, events, and periods of high occupancy.
• Employee Welfare: Looking after staff facilities, meals, accommodation where provided, uniforms, transportation, health and safety, and overall well-being.
• Coordination with Management: Working with the General Manager anddepartment heads to ensure staffing and HR practices support the hotel's business goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
