HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to be assigned in our Head Office in Manila. You will partner with Top Management to build a culture of accountability, develop leaders, and create HR systems that support our continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's Performance Management System, including KPI design and performance coaching
• Drive Organizational Development initiatives that improve structure, capability, and execution
• Develop leadership and learning programs that strengthen managers and future leaders
• Lead Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Continuously improve HR policies, systems, and processes to support business growth
• Coach leaders and develop a high-performing HR team

About you

• At least 5 years of HR managerial experience
• Strong experience in Performance Management & KPI Design
• Strong experience in Organizational Development
• Strong experience in Learning & Leadership Development
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Experience using AI and HR technology to improve productivity is an advantage
