HR Manager

Manage daily HR operations and employee records.

Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and selection of candidates. Prepare and maintain employee joining and exit formalities. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database. Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related requirements. Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal processes. Support training and development programs for employees. Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and workplace conduct. Prepare HR reports such as attendance, manpower, turnover, and performance reports. Coordinate with branch/store managers regarding manpower requirements. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. Maintain proper documentation of employee files and HR records. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Assist management in manpower planning and workforce requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Coordinate with departments regarding transfers, promotions, and staff movements. Monitor staff welfare and workplace environment. Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
