HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline and workplace-related matters.
• Coordinate employee performance management and engagement activities.
• Coordinate HR-related matters with different departments.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and updates to the management.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and statutory compliance.
• Support management in developing and implementing effective HR practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle employees and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and HR-related software.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory HR compliance will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or a relevant qualification from a recognized institution.

Salary

Negotiable / As per qualification, experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
