HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, retention, and welfare.

• Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing coaching to employees.

• Design and execute training programs to enhance skills of employees across various levels within the organization.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.

• Upgrade people, systems, process and maintain highest standards of overall HR practices across our offices and Remote practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR strategy development. foreign Education preferred. Boarding school educated will be preferred.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field. Tier 1/2 college will be preferred.
• Proven track record of developing successful HR initiatives that drive business results in previous companies.
• Strong understanding of Indian companies, global companies and corporate world with travels across Delhi NCR, Mumbai , Bangalore.
• Excellent Communication, presentation skills with proven experience of working in high intensity, pressure driven situations and environments.
