HR MANAGER

About the role

Lead and oversee HR operations across the Group of Companies, managing all aspects of human resources including policy development, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR operations across the Group of Companies
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory requirements
• Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including organizational structure, job descriptions, KPIs, and KRAs
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accountability, and effective delivery of HR services
• Coordinate with department heads and Management in addressing workforce and organizational concerns

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance
• Strong experience in handling employee disciplinary cases and workplace investigations
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with Management and different departments
