Key Competencies & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Align HR strategy with overall business objectives, drive workforce planning, and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Draft comprehensive HR policies and employee handbooks in full compliance with Omani Labor Law and tailored to fast-paced retail operations.
- Performance & Talent Management: Design key performance indicators (KPIs), compensation structures, and talent development programs to foster local talent.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Omani National.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Specialized Expertise: Proven track record in developing HR strategies and formulating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Professional Certifications: CIPD certification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Background in the Retail sector is highly preferred.
- Omani Candidates preferred.
