About the Role

Bhatt Square is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports.
• Coordinate with different teams regarding manpower requirements.
• Handle basic employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Assist in attendance, leave and other HR operations.
• Ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri and Indeed.
• Ability to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary
