HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle employee documentation, HRMS, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate PF, UAN, ESIC, gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage recruitment, manpower requirements, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Manage probation, confirmation, performance reviews and PIP processes.
• Draft and maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee communication.
• Handle resignation, notice period, clearance and Full & Final Settlement coordination.
• Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition, attendance and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and management on HR requirements.
• Guide junior HR team members and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
