HR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, people management, recruitment, employee engagement, and government compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory HR position
• At least 3–5 years of experience in people management and HR support
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits (CompBen)
• Familiarity with government-mandated requirements and statutory compliance
• Experience in employee engagement and relations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
• Lead and manage the recruitment and hiring process
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Manage compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with government labor and employment requirements
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Lead and mentor the HR team
