HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth and success.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) to measure employee performance against key competencies and goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership team members to develop talent management plans for critical positions through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, industry standards by implementing best practices in manpower budgeting, competency mapping & skill matrix.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate HR or related field with expertise in Business HR/Strategic HR/Human Capital Management.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes; ability to think strategically about workforce planning & talent development.
