HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR / Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and proven experience in leading a team of 46 recruiters . Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and monitor a team of 4 6 recruiters . Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions. Screen CVs according to approved JDs and hiring requirements. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate candidates. Ensure recruiters follow proper screening and recruitment SOPs. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels . Coordinate candidate interviews with management and respective departments. Manage candidate follow-ups from initial screening until joining. Monitor offer acceptance, joining status, and candidate dropouts. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports. Track recruiter-wise performance and improve team productivity. Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline. Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Develop new sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
