HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and management dashboards.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Lead and support HR team members in day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree/MBA in HR is preferred.
• Typically 8**+ years of experience** in HR, with relevant experience in a Healthcare industries or hospital sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
