HR Manager

WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER | HOTEL

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our hotel team in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel HR operations, UAE labour law, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance, with the ability to work closely with management and department heads to support business and people objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage the complete HR operations of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable government regulations.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records.
• Work closely with HODs on manpower requirements, productivity, performance, and staffing plans.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage the performance appraisal and KPI process.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor employee accommodation, transportation, uniforms, insurance, and other HR-related matters where applicable.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower budgets, HR analytics, and management presentations.
• Promote a positive hotel culture and employee experience.
• Provide HR guidance and support to the General Manager and management team.
• Ensure HR practices are consistently implemented across all departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hospitality HR practices.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with senior management and HODs.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
• UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
