Job Summary

Gautam Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.
• Lead and support the HR team while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
