HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manpower, handling attendance, and addressing office queries. This role requires a strong decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
• Handle manpower planning and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage Attendance records.
• Address and resolve office queries and employee concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
• Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support.
• Experience in Payroll generation as per PF and ESIC laws.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
