HR Manager

We are hiring a smart, energetic, and hands-on HR Manager to independently manage the company’s day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities:-

• Independently manage the company’s entire HR operations.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee relations.
• Coordinate employment visa and labour-related processes.
• Support performance management and ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local HR procedures
• Ability to manage HR operations independently
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability to join
